We're looking for an Account Executive who will help generate new business by converting pre-qualified prospects into won deals for the company.

The key to success is to push the right buttons at the right time via inbound and outbound calls, web chat, and email campaigns. Once a deal has been “closed won”, your colleagues from the customer success team will onboard your customer and ensure it stays. Besides, together with your BDR and CSM, you will always be on the lookout for up- and cross-selling opportunities to the EasyOrder customer base.

This position is the starting point for a promising career in software sales (SaaS), where you'll be working with a wide range of customer personas in the Food and Beverage industry. From mid-sized QSR chains to some of the world's hottest F&B startups as well as numerous mom-and-pop stores to keep the volume high enough. Ideal candidates for this role are extremely consultative, curious, and ambitious self-starters who are seeking to showcase their potential and want to add value to the company. The role is a great fit for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys varied and deep customer-facing engagement, and wants to use their knowledge/background to solve customer needs and drive their success.

Responsibilities:

• Sign-Up new customers ( from SQL to customer)
• Generate Onboarding of & Upselling at new customers ( first year)
• Generate Sales Qualified Leads ( in addition to booked appointments from SDR)
• Develop a personal online profile that shows your industry knowledge (Personal Branding)

Requirements

• A previous experience in an AE role in the software industry is a great plus!
• Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
• Proven ability to manage corporate opportunities while closing mass-market deals
• Candidates must be results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
• We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, punctual professional with Food & Beverage industry knowledge. Someone who understands the bigger picture and is able to build bridges to all departments in order to strengthen cooperation.
• You have great written, and verbal communication skills in Dutch or French and are proficient in English, as it is the main language within the company. Other languages are a plus.
• A can-do and will-do attitude which means you always take ownership of your work
