How long will it take for my app to be online?

It takes about two weeks for your app to be live. However, depending on external influences, it may go faster or take a bit longer.

My brand has multiple locations. Do I need multiple apps as well?

What is the difference between temporary closure and vacation mode, and how do I apply this to my shop?

How do I set up delivery regions?

By navigating to your profile > settings > delivery > delivery regions. Once there, uncheck the free delivery option, choose between km radius or postcodes, and click on the Add+ button.

Can I enter different minimum amounts per delivery region?

How do I add a product option and/or ingredient?

By navigating to your profile > product options. Click on create, add a name and hit save. Once this is done, click on the last action button and then create, so you can fill in the details. By navigating to your profile > ingredients and clicking on create.

How do I change the price of my product?

Just navigate to products and click on the main category that has the product. Click the edit action button next to the product, edit the price, and then click save.

How do I delete an order?

By navigating to orders and selecting the list view in the top right corner. Check the box next to the order you wish to delete and select the delete option in the drop-down menu.

Do I need to upload all the ingredients for all my dishes?

No, ingredients are more for optional ingredients, so customers can customize their dishes with the ingredients you provide.

How do I snooze a product?

Just navigate to products and click on the main category that has the product. Click on the edit action button next to the product and use the make unavailable for (Snooze) option.

How do I log out from my dashboard?

On the top right corner of your screen, click on the business name next to your logo and click on log out.

How do I activate the loyalty program?

By talking to your success consultant - he or she will enable the loyalty system in no time and at no additional cost.

How do I receive my orders?

You can receive your order in different ways: * A notification in your dashboard * A SMS * An email * A printed ticket

Can I use any type of ticket printer?

If you want to receive your orders through an automatic ticket printer, you can buy or rent one through EasyOrder. We work with specific types of printers, so we do not work with printers other than our own.

My app disappeared from the app store. How is that possible?

Your Apple Developer Account has probably expired. You need to renew this to be visible again in the app store. Don’t know how to do this? Get in touch with your success consultant.

Can I rent a kiosk, or do I need to buy it?

EasyOrder offers a wide range of kiosks. These are all to be bought. However, in some cases, rental is also possible.

How do I see which products are selling well?

Once you logged in to your profile, you will see your dashboard. Just scroll a bit further down and you will see the top product of the month on the left side of your screen.

How do I see my orders?

By navigating to your orders menu. There, you can filter based on status, time period and fulfillment method.

How do I download my sales report?

Once you logged in to your profile, you will see your dashboard. Just scroll a bit further down and you will see your sales report section. Just filter your search and click on the printer icon - your sales report will open in a new window.
