Can I invoice my (business) customers? Do my customers get an automatic invoice by mail, or can they ask for it?

As a merchant, you can choose whether your customers get an invoice or not. If you activated the invoice system in your dashboard, all customers, who filled in the invoicing data, will receive an invoice in their mail. This only applies to customers with a VAT number.
