We're looking for a Customer Success Consultant who will take over our customer journey after the Account Executive (AE) closes the deal.

A Customer Success Consultant is a strategic and supportive partner for our customers at every stage of their success. They're focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues, and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.

As Customer Success, it is your mission to deliver impeccable service before, during, and after a deal. You are the solid backbone of our onboarding process, making it as frictionless as possible. You are detailed, responsible, a great communicator, and a pleasure to work with.

This position is the starting point for a promising career in software sales (SaaS), where you'll be working with a wide range of customer personas in the Food and Beverage industry. From mid-sized QSR chains to some of the world's hottest F&B startups as well as numerous mom-and-pop stores to keep the volume high enough. Ideal candidates for this role are extremely consultative, curious, and ambitious self-starters who are seeking to showcase their potential and want to add value to the company. The role is a great fit for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys varied and deep customer-facing engagement, and wants to use their knowledge/background to solve customer needs and drive their success.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Wow Factor (advocate customers' interest internally, host feedback meetings, …)
  • Manage the onboarding process & provide first-line help ( ensure timely delivery of the order service, gather all must-have information,…)
  • Drive sales (pro-active follow-up, brief the AE about cross-sell opportunities,…)
  • Collaboration (work closely with AE, build relationships with all departments,…)


Requirements

  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities.
  • Patient and active listener.
  • Passion for service.
  • You have great written, and verbal communication skills in Dutch or French and are proficient in English, as it is the main language within the company. Other languages are a plus.
  • A can-do and will-do attitude which means you always take ownership of your work
