Welke betaalmethodes kan ik mijn klanten aanbieden?

Je kunt je klanten verschillende betaalmogelijkheden bieden: * Betaal vooraf direct in de app. * Betaal tijdens het afhalen van je bestelling (contant of met kaart). * Betalen na ontvangst van een factuur (alleen voor bedrijven).

Kan ik mijn (zakelijke) klanten factureren? Krijgen mijn klanten automatisch een factuur per mail, of kunnen ze er om vragen?

Als handelaar kan je kiezen of je klanten een factuur krijgen of niet. Als je het facturatiesysteem in je dashboard hebt geactiveerd, zullen alle klanten die de facturatiegegevens hebben ingevuld een factuur in hun mail ontvangen. Dit geldt alleen voor klanten met een BTW-nummer.

Hoeveel betaal ik voor EasyOrder?

EasyOrder factureert een vast maandelijks bedrag van € 149,00 voor hun diensten per locatie.

Met welke transactiekosten moet ik rekening houden?

Wij rekenen geen transactiekosten aan. Je kunt je bestaande Mollie, Stripe, of Adyen account met je geldende tarieven koppelen. Wij kunnen je echter ook voorkeurstarieven bieden als je via EasyOrder een Adyen-account aanmaakt.

Hoe vaak word ik uitbetaald?

Wij verwerken geen uitbetalingen omdat je betalingsprovider de uitbetalingen afhandelt.

Nee, de app en webshop zijn eigendom van EasyOrder. Zodra het contract verbroken wordt, halen we ze offline. Als we een domeinnaam hebben gekocht, kan deze wel worden doorgegeven.
