How do I encourage customers to order online?

First of all, let your customers know that your app exists! You can push extra by giving an incentive. Create a promocode that gives e.g. 10% discount on every first order through the app. If you want to learn more about this, be sure to check out our blog

How does the ordering process work for the customer?

The customer goes to your webshop or app and can put his desired products in the shopping cart. Once his order is complete the customer can checkout. Then the order immediately appears in your dashboard and you can keep them informed of the status of their order.

Which payment options can I offer to my customers?

You can offer your customers different payment options: * Pay in advance directly in the app. * Pay while picking up your order (cash or by cart). * Pay after receiving an invoice (only for companies).

Can I invoice my (business) customers? Do my customers get an automatic invoice by mail, or can they ask for it?

As a merchant, you can choose whether your customers get an invoice or not. If you activated the invoice system in your dashboard, all customers, who filled in the invoicing data, will receive an invoice in their mail. This only applies to customers with a VAT number.

How much does EasyOrder cost?

EasyOrder charges a fixed monthly fee of € 149,00 for their services per shop.

What are the transaction costs?

We don’t charge any transaction fees. You can connect your existing Mollie, Stripe, or Adyen account with the applicable rates. However, we can offer preferred rates if you create an Adyen account through EasyOrder.

How often are the payouts?

We don’t process any payouts since your payment service provider handles payouts.

What payment providers do you offer?

We offer three different payment providers: Mollie, Stripe, and Adyen. They have different transaction costs in every country. Is there any discount I am entitled to?

We only offer discounts to multi location stores. The discount depends on the amount of locations.

Are the app and webshop my property?

No, the app and webshop are property of EasyOrder. As soon as the contract is broken, we will take them offline. If we have purchased a domain name, it can be passed on.

What is the length of my contract?

You can find the length of your contract in the top left corner of your agreement. Still can't find it? Then contact your success consultant.

How do I terminate my contract?

If you wish to terminate your contract early, you may do so by a registered letter or by email to info@easyorderapp.com. For all details regarding the termination of your contract, please consult your agreement's general terms and conditions.
