We're looking for a Sales Development Representative ( SDR) who can enable a team of Account executives (AE) to close deals!

The main goal for a SDR is to generate new business opportunities by identifying and converting prospects into qualified opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, web chat, and email campaigns.

No sales, no business. You are turning marketing data into meaningful interactions. You extend our reach and explore the prospects’ situation in order to match that with our solution. Once a matching prospect has been found, and interest has been generated, you feed and support the Account Executive ( AE) with a booked appointment at the so-called Sales Qualified Lead.

This position is the starting point for a promising career in software sales (SaaS), where you'll be working with a wide range of customer personas in the Food and Beverage industry. From mid-sized QSR chains to some of the world's hottest F&B startups as well as numerous mom-and-pop stores to keep the volume high enough. Ideal candidates for this role are extremely consultative, curious, and ambitious self-starters who are seeking to showcase their potential and want to add value to the company. The role is a great fit for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys varied and deep customer-facing engagement, and wants to use their knowledge/background to solve customer needs and drive their success.


Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound inquiries ( Develop relevant relations)
  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads ( build the sales pipeline)
  • Book first meeting with prospect and AE (Account Executive) + support Sales
  • Develop a personal online profile that shows your industry knowledge (Personal Branding)

Requirements

  • A previous experience in a BDR/SDR role in the software industry is a great plus!
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Self-starter who has the desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • Knowledge of sales processes and organizational structures
  • You have great written, and verbal communication skills in Dutch or French and are proficient in English, as it is the main language within the company. Other languages are a plus.
  • A can-do and will-do attitude which means you always take ownership of your work
